Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any travel service with our agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be received before the travel commencement date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change due to supplier charges, taxes, currency fluctuations, or government regulations until full payment is received.


3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges will apply according to the policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, or other service providers.
The agency may also charge a service or administrative fee for cancellations.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving funds from the respective suppliers.


4. Changes to Bookings

Any amendments requested after confirmation are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Additional charges may apply for modifications.


5. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documentation.
The agency is not responsible for losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.


6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, delays, and personal liability.


7. Prices and Taxes

Package prices include only the services specifically listed in the itinerary.
Additional taxes, airport charges, visa fees, or government levies may be charged separately unless expressly stated.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Travelers must comply with all local laws, customs, airline regulations, and hotel policies.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
Any damage caused by the traveler to hotel property, vehicles, or facilities shall be the traveler's responsibility.


9. Supplier Responsibility

Airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, and other service providers are independent entities.
The agency acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, accidents, cancellations, or service deficiencies caused by third-party suppliers.


10. Force Majeure

The agency shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, war, government restrictions, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


11. Limitation of Liability

The agency's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services booked through the agency, except where prohibited by law.
The agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


12. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to supplier approval and applicable cancellation charges.
Processing times may vary depending on the supplier and payment method.
Non-refundable services cannot be refunded.


13. Complaints & Support

Any complaint regarding travel services should be reported immediately during the trip to allow an opportunity for resolution.
Written complaints should be submitted within 14 days of completing the trip.


14. Privacy

Personal information collected for bookings will be used only for arranging travel services, complying with legal obligations, and improving customer service. Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.


15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the agency is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.


16. Customer Acceptance

By making a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
